WHAT ARE THE CASHLESS PAYMENT SERVICES THAT ARE POSSIBLE ON ONE NETWORK PLATFORM

Answer: The following cashless payment services are possible;

1. Utility bills such as DSTV, Startimes, PHCN e.t.c.

2. Mobile Money Wallet Funding.

3. Airline Reservations Payments such as wakanow and travelstat.

4. Mobile phone service payments such as BlackBerry Services and Data Bundles.

HOW DO I ACCESS AND LOAD MONEY ON MY AGENT ACCOUNT

Answer: Once a prospective agent has been approved, he/she will be setup on the One Network transaction Portal with his own unique ID and secured login credentials. Payment into agent account can be done easily by going to http://www.quickteller.com/onenetwork. You will be required to provide your DEALERCODE, EMAIL address and MOBILE number. Any Nigerian Debit Card such as MasterCard or Verve are supported.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM FUNDING REQUIRED FOR AN AGENT ACCOUNT

Answer: In practice, you can load your account with as low of =N=100.00 (One Hundred Naira). but the recommended minimum balance that we recommend is =N=5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira)

IS THERE ANY LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN TRANSACT?

Answer: Yes, the transaction limits in accordance to the regulation set by the CBN for Mobile Money will apply. see limits below;

Daily Minimum for Un-banked is N3,000

Daily Maximum for Un-banked is N30,000
Daily Minimum for Semi-Banked is N10,000

Daily Maximum for Semi-Banked is N100,000
Daily Minimum for Fully-Banked is N100,000

Daily Maximum for Fully -Banked is N1,000,000

HOW DO I CHARGE MY ACCOUNT

Answer: Payment into agent account can be done easily by going to http://www.quickteller.com/onenetwork. You will be required to provide your DEALERCODE, EMAIL address and MOBILE number. Any Nigerian Debit Card such as MasterCard or Verve are supported

WHAT IF THE CUSTOMER TRANSACTION IS NOT SUCCESSFUL

Answer: Customer are expected to get a confirmation SMS and Printed Receipt before making payments. Agents will be trained to troubleshoot failed transactions by seeking support from a central Call and Technical Support Center.

HOW DO I BECOME A QUALIFIED AGENT AND WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS BENEFITS?

Answer: To become a one network agent, you need to complete an application form by visiting any one NIPOST office location nationwide or by completing the Basic Service form online.

IS ONE NETWORK A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION?

Answer: No! One One Network Provides agent management services for financial and citizens service providers such as Mobile Money Operators, National Identity Management Commission, Micro-finance Banks, JAMB, e.t.c.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT CATEGORIZATIONS FOR AGENTS IN ONE NETWORK?

Answer: There are three main category of agents they are; - BASIC SERVICE CENTER - These are existing neighborhood shops or business owners that may wish to offer ONLY ONE KIND OF SERVICE SUCH AS MOBILE MONEY - FULL SERVICE CENTER - These are existing business owners vendors or individuals who are willing and properly setup with a DEDICATED SERVICE COUNTER and will be offering more of the several service bouquet on the One Network Platform - STANDARD SERVICE CENTER - These are people who are willing to setup in full scale with a DEDICATED AND ACCESSIBLE WORKING SPACE AND OFFICE LOCATION for the business. they will be setup to offer all the services on the one network platform.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BECOME A QUALIFIED AGENT?

Answer: Apart from an initial 2,000 Naira registration fee, the cost requirement vary depending on the category that is approved for the Agent location. (Please see the cost implication document for details) For a Basic Service Agent that will provide only Cashless Payment Services, a Setup Fee of =N=6,000.00 (Six thousand Naira) will be required.

WHAT ARE THE PROCESSES FOR LOCATION APPROVAL?

Answer: Before a location can be approved, the location owner/agent must be follow these steps; - A properly completed application form. - Submission of application form within the time stipulated - A One Network Supervisor will inspect the location facility and other requirements in the form including personnel/staff - Successful Background Check. - Payment of Platform Setup Fee

HOW MUCH DO I MAKE PER TRANSACTION AND HOW IS IT SHARED BETWEEN ONE NETWORK AND SERVICE PROVIDERS?

Answer: Each service has its own commission which will be shared between one network and the agents/location owners in an agreed percentage that will be communicated from time to time to the agents. However, apart from the fixed commission that the agents will get from every transactions, Some services allow the AGENT to charge extra convenience fee. The extra fee is however regulated by One Network and the Service Provider.

CAN I USE AN ALREADY EXISTING OFFICE FOR ONE NETWORK TRANSACTION ACTIVITIES?

Answer: Yes you can but you will have to provide a dedicated desk for One Network branding and activities.

CAN I BECOME A QUALIFIED SUPERVISOR AND AT THE SAME TIME AN AGENT AND A LOCATION STAFF?

Answer: Yes

CAN WE PAY IN AND CASH CHECKS AT ONE NETWORK AGENT LOCATIONS?

Answer: No, you cannot.

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF NIPOST IN THE EXERCISE?

Answer: One Network is working with NIPOST to extent the postal network and service offerings. This means all One Network Agents are go to be recognized as a NIPOST Postal Shop.

MY ATM CARD HAS EXPIRED WHO DO I CONTACT?

Answer: You should contact the bank that issued you the ATM card. One Network Agents does not support ATM Cards

AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE ATM ISSUED BY MY BANK CAN YOU HELP ME?

Answer: No, you should go to your bank to sort that out.

CAN I REGISTER TO BE AGENTS IN TWO DIFFERENT PLACES?

Answer: Yes, you can but you will pay setup fee for each location
