Answer: There are three main category of agents they are; - BASIC SERVICE CENTER - These are existing neighborhood shops or business owners that may wish to offer ONLY ONE KIND OF SERVICE SUCH AS MOBILE MONEY - FULL SERVICE CENTER - These are existing business owners vendors or individuals who are willing and properly setup with a DEDICATED SERVICE COUNTER and will be offering more of the several service bouquet on the One Network Platform - STANDARD SERVICE CENTER - These are people who are willing to setup in full scale with a DEDICATED AND ACCESSIBLE WORKING SPACE AND OFFICE LOCATION for the business. they will be setup to offer all the services on the one network platform.
Answer: Apart from an initial 2,000 Naira registration fee, the cost requirement vary depending on the category that is approved for the Agent location. (Please see the cost implication document for details) For a Basic Service Agent that will provide only Cashless Payment Services, a Setup Fee of =N=6,000.00 (Six thousand Naira) will be required.
Answer: Before a location can be approved, the location owner/agent must be follow these steps; - A properly completed application form. - Submission of application form within the time stipulated - A One Network Supervisor will inspect the location facility and other requirements in the form including personnel/staff - Successful Background Check. - Payment of Platform Setup Fee
Answer: Each service has its own commission which will be shared between one network and the agents/location owners in an agreed percentage that will be communicated from time to time to the agents. However, apart from the fixed commission that the agents will get from every transactions, Some services allow the AGENT to charge extra convenience fee. The extra fee is however regulated by One Network and the Service Provider.
